Signing up was easy and everything worked fine overall. that’s how it should be, companies ought to make registration straightforward instead of wasting people’s time

The event itself was fun in some moments, but the day felt messy. Start times kept changing, and it seemed like no one really knew what was going on. I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster, because I still enjoyed parts of it, but the organization was definitely frustrating

This has been really frustrating. I was told I’d get updates, but then I just heard nothing. It’s annoying when people make promises and don’t follow through. I kept waiting for some kind of information, but it felt like I had to chase everything myself...

The site itself is fine and I didn’t have a huge problem using it, but when I actually needed help it got annoying because I emailed support, waited for days to hear anything back, and then when they finally replied it was just this short answer that didn’t really solve what I was asking about, so overall it wasn’t a complete disaster but they definitely need to be a lot faster and more helpful.

I thought the coaches seemed to really know their stuff, and the course was laid out clearly. Some parts felt a little rushed, or at least that’s how it seemed to me, but overall I’d say it was still worth doing.

I tried to get my membership and license sorted out, what a hassle. The website was confusing for no good reason, and when I reached out for help, support took forever to get back to me. I don’t mind a little setup process, but this felt like jumping through hoops just to get basic stuff done. Not worth the headache for me...

Overall, it’s not bad, and the basic experience was smooth enough, but I still came away feeling like the fees were high for what you actually get.

I can see how it might make more sense for racers, clubs, or people using it all the time. For a regular rider like me, though, it felt like I was paying quite a bit for fairly simple features.
I don’t mind spending money when the value is obvious, and there are definitely parts of it that work fine. I’d just think twice before paying again unless the pricing felt a little more worth it.
